At Toorunstyle, operated by Karen Lenton LLC, we understand that you may need to cancel or modify an order shortly after placing it. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while ensuring timely production and delivery of our print-on-demand products.

Cancellation or Modification Window

To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
After this 4-hour window, your order may already be in production or en route for shipment, and we will no longer be able to cancel or change it.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

When reaching out, please include your Order Number, Full Name, and Reason for the request for faster processing.

Important Considerations

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We cannot reroute packages once shipped, and Toorunstyle is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend it to the correct address.

Production Time Notice

Our items are made-to-order, which means they go into production shortly after your order is placed. Cancellations or changes beyond the 4-hour window may not be possible due to the automated nature of our fulfillment process.
