This Cancel or Change Order Policy applies to all orders placed on Toorunstyle.com, operated by Karen Lenton LLC. We understand that you may need to adjust your order after it has been placed, and we are here to assist you.

1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment.

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet entered our shipping process, you may contact our customer support team immediately to request a cancellation. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on processing times.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the order will fall under our Returns Policy. You will need to receive the item and then follow the return procedure if you no longer wish to keep it.

You will typically return the original item and then place a new order for the desired item.
