3. How do I know if an item is in stock?
Stock status is clearly displayed on each product page. If a product is in stock, the “Add to Cart” button will appear. If it is out of stock, you may be offered the option to receive a notification when the item becomes available again.
4. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping details, track your orders, and enjoy exclusive offers and faster checkout.

Toorunstyle offers a 180-day return policy for both defective and non-defective items. Returned items must be in new or slightly used condition, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@toorunstyle.com within 180 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is defective. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided in your confirmation email.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
- If the item is defective or incorrect, Toorunstyle covers all return shipping costs.
- If the item is being returned for any other reason, we still offer free return shipping—a prepaid return label will be included in your package.
4. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
