Q: Who pays for return shipping? A: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Toorunstyle will cover the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return label. However, for returns due to Buyer’s Remorse (change of mind) or incorrect size chosen by the customer, the customer will be responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label.
