Order Exchanges
To ensure a smooth experience, please carefully review your order details — including size, design, and quantity — before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges due to selection errors. Instead, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct details.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be processing and cancellation will no longer be possible.
- A 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) applies to all cancellations.

Returns and Refunds
Return Window & Conditions
We accept returns within 180 days from the delivery date. After this period, orders are final and refunds will not be issued.
Eligible for Return or Refund

- Receipt of incorrect items
- Significant deviations from the product description
Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned items. Approved refunds include the full purchase price and original shipping costs.
