This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on Toorunstyle.com, operated by Karen Lenton LLC. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We also offer exchanges for eligible items.
2. Return Window
You have up to 60 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
3. Product Condition for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- An only new product. This means the product must be unopened in its original packaging and must never have been used.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Accompanied by the original packaging and any included accessories or documentation.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
4. Return Method
All returns and exchanges must be processed by mail. We do not offer in-store or drop-off returns at this time.
5. Return Label & Restocking Fee
A return label will be included in the package you received with your order. There is no restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to send your item back to us using the provided return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the refund process will be initiated. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on how refunds are processed.
