How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact our support team within 180 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at support@toorunstyle.com or through our Contact Us page.
To help us assist you faster, please include the following details in your request:
- Name on the order
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos (if applicable)
- Your preference: refund or replacement
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must meet the following criteria:
- Product condition: New or slightly used
- Must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached
- Must include a sales receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
- Customer errors such as spelling/grammatical mistakes in custom orders
- Mistakes in uploaded images or personalization content
- General ordering errors (e.g., wrong size or style selected without prior cancellation)
Please review your order carefully before submitting it to avoid these issues.
Returns Window
- You have 180 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- After 180 days, all sales are considered final.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Method: By mail
- Return Label: Included in the package (for defective/damaged items)
- Return Shipping Fee: Free (for eligible returns)
- Restocking Fee: $0 – we do not charge restocking fees.
Return Process
Once you’ve contacted us and received a return authorization, please follow these steps:
- Prepare the Package:
- Include all items in original condition
- Add a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- Ship Your Return:
- Use your local postal service or a courier
- Use the pre-included return label (if applicable)
- Email us your tracking number for reference
- Receive Confirmation:
- We will notify you via email once we’ve received your return
- We’ll confirm whether your refund or exchange has been approved
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take up to 10–15 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Important Notes
- Returns are only accepted for products that meet our eligibility conditions.
- Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- We are not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit.
