At Toorunstyle (operated by Karen Lenton LLC), we want to provide you with clear and transparent information about our shipping process, costs, and delivery times so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all destinations within the United States.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two shipping options for you to choose from:

  1. Standard Shipping
    • Flat rate: $4.99 per order
    • Estimated delivery: 15 to 23 business days (including handling and transit time)
  2. Fast Shipping
    • Flat rate: $19.99 per order
    • Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days (including handling and transit time)

Please note: We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Sunday.
  • Handling time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will start processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery takes approximately 14 to 20 business days after handling.
  • Fast Shipping: Delivery takes approximately 5 to 11 business days after handling.
  • Total estimated delivery times including processing are:
    • Standard Shipping: 15 to 23 business days
    • Fast Shipping: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carrier

We partner with reliable carriers depending on your shipping location and selected shipping method to ensure your order arrives safely.

Important Notes

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Customs and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for shipments outside the U.S.
